In the case of Butler, cash flow and petty cash has gotten so great that they had no choice but to seek a second opinion. The DFW Botox Center is a case where cash flow isn't the problem (not surprising, given the nature of the product) but cutting costs is. Fate Family Dental was doing their books in-house and now needs an affiliate in the Dallas area to take things to the next level.
